Welcome to the VoiceCon Orlando 2009 online Speaker Resource Center. You will find all the information you need regarding your participation as a speaker at VoiceCon within these pages.

Where: The Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center, located at 6000 W. Osceola Parkway, Kissimmee, FL 34746.

Onsite: You may pick up your badge and conference materials when you arrive at VoiceCon at the Speaker Center, located in the Naples Room on the Ballroom Level at they Gaylord Palms Convention Center. The Speaker Center hours are:

  • Sunday, March 16 12pm - 5pm
  • Monday, March 17 7am - 5pm
  • Tuesday, March 18 7am - 5pm
  • Wednesday, March 19 7am- 5pm
  • Thursday, March 20 7am - 1pm

Your presentation will be loaded on show management computers at VoiceCon. You will not need to bring your laptop to the session room. Feel free to review your presentation in the Speaker Center. Please note we will NOT be able to accept any changes to your presentation onsite.

  • Question: How do I make my hotel reservation? Answer: Click Here
  • Question: May I attend other sessions at VoiceCon? Answer: Yes. As a speaker, you are given a complimentary registration to the entire VoiceCon event. Please note that this registration is not transferrable.
  • Question: Can I have colleagues attend my session? Answer: Yes. Each speaker at VoiceCon is entitled to two session passes for colleagus. Session passes can be picked up in the Speaker Center in the Naples room onsite at VoiceCon.
  • Question: Will there be transportation between auxiliary hotels and the Gaylord Palms? Answer: Yes. We will be operating shuttle buses throughout the event.
