Be sure to answer the session questions. These questions were included
in your invitation email. They can also be viewed online at www.voicecon.com/orlando/program.
Your presentation should address each question that applies to you or
your organization. Please devote 1–2 slides to each question.
These are technical sessions and the typical attendee has a very high
level of understanding. We appreciate your effort to remain objective.
All sales pitches will be removed from your presentation. Do not reference
your company’s specific products.
Structure and Format
Use a dark background with light fonts.
All fonts should be at least 20 pts or larger
Use TrueType fonts. Any proprietary fonts will be replaced with Times
New Roman or Arial.
Your title slide should contain your name, your job title, your company
name, your company URL.
Define MLAs at the bottom of the slide where they first appear.
Use animation, graphics and before and after charts.
Do Not:
Show more than one company logo per slide or include your company tagline
Use copyrighted or proprietary information
Include your company mission statement.
List corporate logistics (organizational charts, locations, number
of employees, etc.)
Pitch your company or products
Use product names, trademarks or photos

4 Panelists - 15 min each presentation, 15 min Q&A
Breakout Session with Reactor Panel (75 minute session)
1 Speaker - 30 min presentation, 25 min reaction, 20 min Q&A
2 Panelists - 20 min each presentation, 20 min reaction, 15 min Q&A
3 Panelists - 15 min each presentation, 15 min reaction, 15 min Q&A
If multiple participants are representing a single company or organization
in a session they will share one time slot.
In sessions with reactor panelists, the time devoted to "reaction" is
managed by the session moderator in an informal (roundtable) format.
Editing and Production Process
Your presentation content will be reviewed. If we find significant
changes must be made, your presentation will be sent back to you to be
revised.
You will not be able to bring your laptop onstage. Your presentation
will be preloaded on computers provided by show management. We will not
be able to make any changes to the presentation after it is submitted.
Failure to submit a presentation by the due date may jeopardize your
participation in the program.
